Document Description
The project will consist of:
1. Resurfacing existing roadway with 0.25' Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) (Type A).
2. Constructing tapered HMA edges to protect the edge of pavement.
3. Replenishing the existing graveled shoulders with 6-foot-wide shoulder backing, comprising 2' at an 8% slope and 4' designed to conform.
4. Repairing all pavement structural failure areas with full depth 0.50' HMA (Type A).
5. Applying Penetration Treatment at all intersection radii plus 50' or to conform.
6. Constructing HMA (Type A) driveways.
7. Placing one (1) new survey monument frame and cover.
8. Adjusting three (3) existing survey monument frames and covers to finish grade.
