The Purpose of Battle Creek Hydroelectric Project - License Amendment for Removal of Inskip Diversion Dam, is to remove Inskip Diversion Dam and appurtenant facilities along with 30,000 to 56,000 cubic yards of sediment accumulated behind the dam. Once the dam and the sediments have been removed the stream channel in the project area will be restored with a series of riffles and pools and revegetated with native plants.
