Document Description
The project consists of an applicant-initiated Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) that would allow the expansion of dining and bar area within an existing ground floor restaurant and the establishment of a new rooftop restaurant with outdoor dining and bar area on existing legally nonconforming hotels with existing established rooftop uses located with the City's R-4, Multiple Residential Zone. On February 20, 2024, the City Council of the City of Beverly Hills adopted an ordinance approving the applicant-initiated ZTA.
