Document Description
To authorize a waterside access ramp for access to Peekema Ranch LP. The access ramp will have a structural section consisting of eight inches Class 2 aggregate base over 12 inches of subgrade compacted to 100 percent relative compaction in accordance with ASTM D698. The width of the ramp shall be a minimum of 15 feet and the maximum slope of the ramp shall be 10 percent.

No expansion of existing or former use will occur. Further, none of the exceptions to the exemption in CEQA California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 15300.2 apply. The Central Valley Flood Protection Board's (Board’s) administrative record related to the encroachment permit is available for public review at the Board's office.
