Reasons for Exemption
The Project will consist of pipeline replacement of existing leaking water facilities located in the same Tulare County road rights-of-way. Because of the need to maintain year-round water service, the design will propose parallel pipeline alignments wherever possible to reduce the temporary interruption to existing services during Project construction.
