The scope of work of the Project includes the following:
• Demolition and disposal of existing chiller, boiler
• Install new chiller, including necessary integration/wiring, new boiler, and new VAV Terminal units, new Star/Stop Relay, Current Sensing Relays, Static Pressure Transmitters, Pneumatic Tubes with Pickups, Duct Air Temperature Sensors, and other equipment necessary for controls, including necessary user interfaces.
• Upgrade HVAC controls, programming, and integration.
Beneficiaries of the project are employees and visitors of the Central Service Yard.
