The project scope includes the construction of a doorway between the two spaces, a wall to delineate the expansion from the remainder of the shelled space, a handwashing sink per Board of Pharmacy requirements, shelving, refrigerators, and ceiling and flooring improvements.

This exemption applies to the operation, repair, permitting, leasing, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities or mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use. In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
