Document Description
Issue Rights of Entry (ROEs) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to John B. Dewitt State Natural Reserve and Sinkyone Wilderness State Park to allow for vegetation maintenance along existing distribution lines (Garberville 1102 12 kilovolt), as needed. In total, 120 trees and twenty (20) brush units will be trimmed, and 57 trees and four (4) brush units will be removed.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
