This project has been determined to be exempt from CEQA, pursuant to Section 15183 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), because the certified Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) dated July 30, 1985, and the Final Subsequent EIR dated July 26, 1988, for the South Poway Specific Plan (SPSP) adequately addresses potentially significant adverse environmental impacts of the proposed development in that it involves a use that is allowed in the SPSP and is designed to be consistent with the development standards contained in the SPSP.
