There is one (1) Protected Trees on site per the Protected Tree Report, but zero (0) Protected Trees are proposed for removal. There are 10 Significant Trees on the lot, and two (2) Significant Trees proposed for removal, and will be replaced on a 1:1 ratio according to Class One Arboriculture, Inc. James Komen, Certified Arborist #WE-9909B that was reviewed, and stamped by the Urban Forestry Division.
