Document Description
The construction, use, and maintenance of a 1,069 square foot addition to an existing 37 foot, four (4) inches in height single family dwelling for a total floor area of 2,470 square feet on a 6,095.5 square foot lot. There is one (1) Protected Trees on site per the Protected Tree Report, but zero (0) Protected Trees are proposed for removal. There are 10 Significant Trees on the lot, and two (2) Significant Trees proposed for removal, and will be replaced on a 1:1 ratio according to Class One Arboriculture, Inc. James Komen, Certified Arborist #WE-9909B that was reviewed, and stamped by the Urban Forestry Division.
