This permit action is to issue an Authority to Construct to modify the following equipment from:

To Domed External Floating Roof Tank 100-38, 21,000,000 Gallon Capacity
Source 15 External Floating Roof Tank 100-45, 21,000,000 Gallon Capacity
To Domed External Floating Roof Tank 100-45, 21,000,000 Gallon Capacity
Source 16 External Floating Roof Tank 100-44, 21,000,000 Gallon Capacity
To Domed External Floating Roof Tank 100-44, 21,000,000 Gallon Capacity
TransMontaigne proposes to convert the existing external floating roof tanks at Sources S-14, S-15, and S-16 to domed external floating roofs. Sources S-14, S-15, and S-16 are currently permitted to store crude oil, bunker (C) fuel oil, gas oil, and reformates. In addition to adding a domed roof, TransMontaigne is also requesting to store the following additional products: gasoline, California Reformulated Blendstock for Oxygenate Blending (CARBOB) gasoline blendstock, diesel fuel, high sulfur vacuum gas oil (VGO), and low sulfur VGO. Each external floating roof will be equipped with a domed roof, a mechanical shoe primary seal, and a rim-mounted secondary seal.
