Document Description
Minor Modification to PSP 93-059 to update the Site Plan to reflect the addition of three (3) new buildings, including; one (1) storage/ packaging building, one (1) batch plant, and one (1) office & shop building. The applicant is also proposing to construct one (1) scale, along with seventy-five (75) truck/trailer parking stalls and forty-five (45) employee parking stalls. Storage bays are proposed to hold material stored on-site. Additionally, three (3) sign/billboards are proposed, for advertisement/aesthetic purposes along CA Highway 99. The proposed improvements will allow for improved operational efficiency on an existing construction & demolition material processing & resale site.

Project is categorically exempt, consistent with the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (CEQA) and the State CEQA Guidelines, pursuant to Title 14, Cal. Code Regulations Section 15301, Class 1, pertaining to Existing Facilities and, therefore, is not subject to CEQA. The Planning Director finds there is no substantial evidence that said Minor Modification will have a significant effect on the environment and determines that the Notice of Exemption for said Minor Modification reflects the independent judgment of the County and has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act and the State Guidelines for the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970.
