The purpose of this project is to issue a right-of-entry permit to UC Berkeley Seismology Lab to the Alameda-Tesla Property for the installation of a new seismic station that will allow for the rapid detection of earthquakes for distribution of alerts to the public in the Corral Hollow canyon and surrounding areas that destructive ground shaking may be coming
