Document Description
The applicant is proposing to establish an agricultural byproduct processing facility located at 20500 Main Street, Stratford, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 026-120-003, -058, -059, 026-181-012, 026-131-045, & -047. The agricultural byproduct processing facility will utilize wood and other agricultural biomass byproducts, which will come from orchard removals and agricultural operations throughout the Southern San Joaquin Valley, as feedstock for building materials. The project site has multiple existing warehouses and offices. A natural gas wood chip dryer is proposed to be installed on site. Wood chips are proposed to be stored indoors in existing warehouses prior to and after processing.
