The purpose of this project is to issue a right-of-entry permit to Solano Resource Conservation District to enter Benicia State Recreation Area for the purposes of planting native trees, shrubs, and wildflowers to provide a diversity of habitat for pollinators (especially monarch butterflies) along the hiking trail used by elementary school students during Solano RCD's Watershed Explorers field trips.
