The project at Mona Park involves the restoration or rehabilitation of deteriorated or damaged structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment to meet current standards of public health and safety; the replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities involving negligible or no expansion of capacity; and minor alterations to land which will not involve the removal of healthy, mature, and scenic trees. The project at Roosevelt Park provides for the restoration or rehabilitation of deteriorated or damaged structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment to meet current standards of public health and safety.
