The proposed project proposes to renovate and expand the existing library by approximately 183 square feet and construct a new exterior door and window system. The project would not change the use of the site from a school and modifies the quantity/capacity of classrooms consistent with the threshold set by the Class 14 Categorical Exemption, Minor Additions to Schools (Section 15314).
