Document Description
San Joaquin field division plans to install a handrail at the WRPP headworks. Work will entail cutting the asphalt and vacuuming out soil to install concrete posts and rails. This work is necessary to keep staff safe from the steep drop-off. Equipment to be used is a small gas-powered saw, a concrete mixer, and a vacuum truck. All work will be conducted from the existing road.
