This proposed Amendment to the Covenant to Construct is exempt from CEQA analysis under the Class 1 Categorical Exemption Class 1 Categorical Exemption, under California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Article 19, Section 15301 (minor alteration of existing building); and Class 32 Categorical Exemption, under California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Article 19, Section 15332 (infill development). These actions will permit the Hospitality Group to construct future minor improvements to an existing building.
