The General Plan amendment is a cleanup action to maintain consistency between the General Plan Land Use Map and existing zoning. The project is consistent with the project analyzed in the MND and is therefore exempt per CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 "Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan or Zoning."
