Document Description
This project will construct an intertie connection between the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) and Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD). The intertie will provide EVMWD the flexibility to supplement water supply to the District while the Canyon Lake Water Treatment Plant is offline. The interconnection will have a bidirectional meter installed to enable either water district to supply water in an emergency.
