Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a small outdoor commercial cannabis cultivation license. The Project would operate 6,720 square feet (sf) of mixed-light cannabis cultivation and the associated support buildings totaling 1,180 sf. Water for the project would be provided from an onsite well. An onsite septic system would serve the project’s domestic wastewater needs. The Project will consist of the modification of existing structures and will happen within the bounds of a previously graded area. Proposed support infrastructure includes extending the existing processing building from 16’x40’ to 16’x60’. The Project would not require the removal of vegetation or additional soil work. No significant changes to the cultivation site or associated activities are proposed. The Project does not include grading and does not propose expanding the designated area.
