The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2019-0200-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the Project Applicant, InterConnect Towers, LLC. The Project is limited to construction, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning and restoration of a multicarrier communication site and ancillary components, and necessary repairs to an existing access road on BLMadministered land near, and within ephemeral desert wash streams.
