The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- LAN-53413-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Maison's Palmdale Boulevard 150, LLC as represented by Kevin Harbison. The overall Project includes the construction of 191 units of new single-family housing lots in Palmdale, California. The Project would also include a recreation center and community amenities on a total of 66 lots. The Project covered under this Agreement is limited to the grading of the drainage and replacing it with underground storm drains, which will outlet into an on-site basin. Project-related activities shall result in no more than 0.26 acres of permanent impact to the watercourses on site.
