Class 1 exemptions include operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing facilities, structures, or topographical features involving negligible or no expansion of use. The pavement striping and marking services will be conducted within the existing right of way and will support Streets effort to maintain and replace pavement striping for public safety. The work will occur in previously disturbed areas and will result in no expansion of use. The project has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment.
