The applicant is proposing to construct and operate a biogas facility. The proposed project would include three manure separation systems, underground infrastructure (water, wastewater, electrical, and biogas), an anaerobic dairy digester, and a conditioning plant with biogas conditioning equipment. The digester and conditioning plant would affect approximately 16.2 acres within Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 044-280-005. Manure separation systems and underground infrastructure would also be installed at the two existing dairies (APNs: 044-280-012 and 044-280-013) and one feedlot facility (APN: 044-280-005).
