The scope of the work includes cold planing the top 0.2 feet of the existing asphalt concrete and replace with 0.2 feet of rubberized hot mix asphalt along the entire width of the on-ramp. No ground disturbance will occur. All work will be on the paved travel way within Caltrans ROW.
