Approval of a conditional use permit (CUP) to cultivate cannabis in an existing ±4,800-squar~ foot bulleting for non-volatile marijuana cultivation on a ±0.418-acre lot in the Heavy Industrial (M-2S) zone. And approval to modify a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for cannabis production (file 217-161). More specifically, the proposed project is for changes to the interior of an existing building which will add a second floor; thereby increasing the square footage ·of a site previously approved for cannabis cultivation. The project request includes Site Plan and Design Review (SPDR) for :a proposed addition of a new parking lot behind the existing building. The project site is on approximately ±0.418 acres in the Heavy lndustrial Zone (M-2S).
