Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to Harry A. Merlo State Recreation Area, Humboldt Lagoons State, Little River State Beach and Sue-Meg State Park to allow for vegetation management along existing distribution lines. In total, six (6) trees will be trimmed, and eight (8) trees will be removed.
Tree crews will use existing roads to bring vehicles and equipment close to the work area. Vehicles and equipment will remain on existing roads and trees will be accessed on foot.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
