Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to John B. DeWitt Redwoods State Natural Reserve and Sinkyone Wilderness State Park to allow for vegetation management along the existing Garberville 1101_12kV distribution lines crossing through the State Parks managed lands. In total, eight (8) trees will be trimmed, and fourteen (14) trees ranging from 4- to 21-in. DBH and 15- to 120 ft. tall will be removed.
No ground disturbance in the form of excavation is associated with this work and all work in scheduled to occur after Marbled Murrelet nesting season.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
