Reasons for Exemption
The project meets the conditions for exemption for new gardening landscaping including the replacement of existing conventional landscaping with water efficient or fire-resistant landscaping. New water efficient trees will be planted in a previously disturbed area (i.e., street median) and will replace palm trees and asphalt.
