LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The land referred to herein below is situated in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California, and is described as follows: Lot 5, Block 1, North Shore Highlands, in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No. 1969, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 8, 1926.
