The project includes extending the expiration date of the agreement from February 12, 2024 to February 12, 2029. The project activities are limited to those activities necessary to maintain the capacity of New York Creek and include the following:
? Limbing and/or trimming branches and tree limbs
? Removing fallen trees
? Removing dead (not dormant) trees and shrubs, leaving stumps intact
? Removing overgrown vegetation from the stream bed, banks, and channel using nonmotorized hand tools and mechanical vegetation cutters, string trimmers, and chainsaws
? Removing trash and debris from the stream channel
