Document Description
This pilot project will replace 10 of OCTA’s gasoline-powered paratransit vehicles with 10 battery-electric vehicles equipped for paratransit service. The pilot project also includes the charging infrastructure and the charging station for the battery-electric paratransit vehicles to be located at the OCTA bus base in Irvine where OCTA’s paratransit vehicles are based and maintained. The Zero Emission Paratransit Vehicle Pilot will serve residents and businesses in the 34 cities and the unincorporated areas of Orange County.

The proposed project would not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
