Document Description
The proposed action includes acquisition of temporary and permanent construction easements to perform necessary sidewalk improvements on the west side of S. Main Street. Approximately 150 feet of improvements will occur on the northwest side of S. Main and W. Aviation Road intersection and approximately 50 feet of improvements on the southwest side of S. Main and W. Aviation Road intersection. Future discretionary actions to authorize project construction would require subsequent environmental review.

Aviation Road intersection. The action is exempt from CEQA review because it can be seen with certainty that acquiring land for pedestrian facilities will not have an effect on the environment.
