Document Description
Annual permit for routine minor repair and maintenance operations on existing facilities and/or infrastructure within the Long Beach Harbor District, including vent pipes, vaults, manholes, pullbox castings, poles, and conduits. For repair and maintenance activities involving excavation, at least 14 calendar days prior to the activity, Permittee shall submit excavation dimensions to the Harbor Development Permit Desk via email at HDPDesk@polb.com to determine if the repair/maintenance work conflicts with existing fiber-optic lines. This Annual Maintenance and Repair Permit is valid for a period of one year from the Issue Date indicated on the HDP and must be renewed annually.
