Aside from projects which have been or will be subject to CEQA review, the Agency's Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Capital Improvements consist of pipeline, service, and equipment replacements; water main oversizing; meter and equipment purchases; addition of an ammonia analyzer for recycled water; recycled water effluent reservoir roof reconstruction; design of various water and recycled water facilities; miscellaneous field and office equipment purchases; transportation and maintenance equipment purchases; and activities which will assist the Agency in operating and maintaining safe and reliable water and recycled water systems for the benefit of the public.
