Document Description
The Project will restore ecological functions and health to a portion of Rodger’s Creek (Creek) riparian corridor and bank between the Colombard Bridge and Temelec Lodge for the Creekside Village Homeowners Association (HOA) and the Telemec HOA. The restoration Project will be conducted in two phases. The Project will restore a total of 0.82 acre (650 linear feet) in Phase 1 (Creekside Village HOA management parcel) and 0.72 acre (570 linear feet) in Phase 2 (Creekside Village and Telemec HOA management parcels) of the Creek’s riparian corridor and bank through invasive species removal and native revegetation. The permittee will: remove invasive plant species to enhance native plant recruitments; revegetate the Creek bank, bed, and floodplain with native revegetation to help reduce overall bank erosion and sedimentation; and remove trash from the Project site to prevent blockage of flow and flooding at bridges and culverts.
