The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-TUO-42759-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Kent Cowan. The Project includes activities related to the installation of a new floating boat dock with gangway and landing. Construction will include the removal of soil and rock from the bed and bank of Lake Tulloch, bank grading, installation of rock slope protection, and placement of the dock.
