The proposed Project consists of the following two components: 1) The demolition and removal of existing buildings and structures located at the UCSB Facilities Management site. The Facilities Management site is located near the northwestern corner of the UCSB Main Campus; and 2) the relocation of existing vehicle fueling and washing operations from the UCSB Facilities Management site to a University-owned property located in the Cabrillo Business Park. The proposed fuel and wash facilities site is approximately 0.75 mile from the UCSB Main Campus.
