Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) for access to Humboldt Redwoods State Park to replace a power pole along an existing distribution line (Rio Dell 1102) along Cuneo Road in the Cuneo Horse Camp Campground.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
