The material integrity of the existing drainage channel is severely deteriorated. Approximately 60 feet of the channel will be rehabilitated and 240 feet will be converted to a subsurface storm drain conveyance system. Existing Monte Mar Road will be reconstructed with added curb, gutter, and sidewalk.
