Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-40050-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ryan Gandell. This Agreement relies on the Notification materials, correspondence with the Permittee, and a CDFW site inspection on August 9, 2023. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. One encroachment is to remediate grading and filling of the stream. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, installation of erosion control materials, and revegetation with native riparian species
