Document Description
The proposed project is to rehabilitate ramp pavement in San Diego County in San Diego at the westbound Washington Street entrance ramp to southbound SR-163. The scope of work would include cold planing the top 0.2 feet of the existing asphalt concrete and replace with 0.2 feet of rubberized hot mix asphalt along the entire width of the on-ramp. No ground disturbances will occur. Any project changes will require further environmental analysis.
