Document Description
Urban Corps of San Diego County will restore three acres of sensitive habitat within the Otay Mesa Open Space. Project activities include closing the unauthorized OHV use area with fencing, recontouring the slope with the use of a tractor, planting native plants, installing information signs, and monitoring the project area for maintenance needs and project effectiveness. The project will close unauthorized OHV routes and would not expand use of existing recreation facilities.
