Urban Corps of San Diego County proposes to restore three acres of sensitive habitat within Black Mountain Park. Project activities include closing the unauthorized OHV use area with fencing, planting native plants, installing information signs, and monitoring the project area for maintenance needs and project effectiveness. The project would close unauthorized OHV routes and would not expand use of existing recreation facilities.
