Document Description
The proposed Valley Clean Infrastructure Plan (VCIP) provides a blueprint for the development of clean energy facilities (solar PV, energy storage) and supporting infrastructure (gen-tie lines, collection substations, connecting and delivery transmission lines) with an overall generating and delivery capacity of up to 20,000 MW on approximately 130,000 acres of repurposed farmland within the Fresno County portion of Westlands Water District (District).
