Document Description
The Project consists of development of a community park that will include the following amenities: native, drought-tolerant landscaping; a multipurpose grass field; a synthetic turf soccer field; a small amphitheater/stage area; a basketball court; two playgrounds; a loop trail; a picnic area; a stormwater basin; restrooms; and parking. The Project would also include installation of water main, sewage, electrical, and irrigation extensions to serve these small facilities and structures.
