Boatworks at Tahoe LLC (project applicant) is requesting approval of various discretionary entitlements in support of the proposed Boatworks at Lake Tahoe redevelopment project (proposed project). The proposed project would redevelop the existing Boatworks Mall, the Inn at Boatworks and El Dorado Savings Bank building with a mixed-use development that includes hotel lodging, residential condominiums (to be included in the hotel pool), and independent commercial spaces and spa. The hotel component will also include food and beverage, conference facilities and other amenities that are accessory to the hotel.
