The proposed project would develop the approximately 42-acre project site into a 26-lot light industrial park. The proposed project would include the annexation of the project site into Reedley, after which the project site would be pre-zoned to the Light Industrial (ML) District and the existing Fresno County General Plan agricultural land use designation would change to Light Industrial as established in the City’s General Plan.
